Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms and conditions for providing and using the CleanMyCSV platform and services.

2. Access to the Service

The Service is accessible for free to any User with internet access. All costs related to accessing the Service, including hardware, software, or internet connection fees, are solely the User's responsibility. The publisher takes all reasonable steps to ensure high-quality access to the Service but is under no strict obligation to guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Acceptable Use

The User agrees to adhere to the following rules when using the data cleaning tool:

• Professional use: CleanMyCSV is a technical utility designed to streamline file processing. The User remains solely responsible for the final verification and accuracy of the data.
• Lawful use: Do not upload files containing malicious code or illegally obtained data.
• Security: Do not attempt to bypass request limits (Rate Limiting) or compromise the platform's infrastructure.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms (Terms of Sale)

Plan prices are listed in US Dollars ($) or Euros (€) as displayed on the website. As a French sole proprietorship (Entreprise Individuelle), VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is due immediately upon ordering. All transactions are fully processed and securely handled by Stripe. The publisher does not store any credit card or banking data.

5. Service Delivery

Since CleanMyCSV is a digital service, delivery is instantaneous. Upon payment validation by Stripe, the User receives an email containing a unique access link ('token') allowing them to use the tool according to the duration or terms of the chosen plan.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By validating the payment, the User explicitly agrees to the immediate execution of the service and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and following an attempt at mediation, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Montpellier.
